Robert D. Carlson

Bob Carlson represents clients in workers' compensation, personal injury and Social Security Disability claims.  Practicing law in Oregon since 1999, Bob has worked as both a claimants' attorney as well as an insurance defense attorney, representing businesses, insurance companies and governments. 

Bob graduated from Willamette University with a BS in politics and earned his JD from Brigham Young University Law School. 

Bob served six years as a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers' Association Board of Governors and two years as the president of the Oregon Workers' Compensation Association.  In addition, he has provided leadership in various capacities within the Oregon State Bar as well as non-profit community organizations.  

Bob was raised in Portland and currently resides in Salem.
