Dell A. Alexander

Dell Alexander has been with Kryger Alexander Carlson PC for more than 34 years and specializes in estate planning, preparation of Wills and trusts, probate administration of decedent's estates, administration of trusts, business formations, representing businesses, corporations, LLCs and sellers and buyers of businesses, and real estate transactions.
An Albany, Oregon native and third generation Oregon Pharmacist, his father and grandfather owned and operated drug stores in Albany for nearly 50 years. Dell attended public schools in Albany and graduated from Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon, in 1969 with a BS in pharmacy.
After serving as a pharmacist in the U.S. Public Health Service in Washington, DC for two years, Dell returned to Oregon and worked as a Registered Pharmacist and attended Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon receiving his JD in 1975.
Dell joined Kryger Alexander Carlson PC (then known as Emmons, Kyle, Kropp & Kryger) as an associate in 1975 and became a partner in 1978. He serves as president of the firm. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar Business Law Section, Estate Administration Section, Real Property Section and Health Law Section, and has served on the Executive Committee and as chairman of the Business Law Section. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Oregon and the U.S. District Court of Oregon. In addition, Dell is an arbitrator for the Linn and Benton County Circuit Court Mandatory Arbitration Panel and Arbitration Service of Portland. Maintaining his pharmacy license, Dell also combines his legal and pharmacy interests as an instructor for the pharmacy law class at Oregon State University.
Dell is married to Capi Alexander, an Evergreen Hospice Chaplain, and they have three grown daughters. Dell is chairman of Willamette Memorial Park, a local non-profit corporation, chair of Albany General Hospital Foundation Board, and a member of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Away from work he enjoys travel, tennis, backpacking, bass fishing and golf.
